about me

Hi I'm David, I've been into fitness as far back as I can remember. As a young child my mom always kept me in sports, and the passion carried on through out my life from elementary, high school, to college. As I got older and experienced my own injuries/knee surgeries and learned more about how the body works after certain injuries like the Knee, Shoulder and Back my passion for fitness only grew and transferred into a desire to become a personal trainer.

In 2016 I took a leap of faith and started my journey as a personal trainer. In addition, to playing sports in high school and college and having/being around so many different types of injuries I wanted to help clients that dealt with the everyday pains and aches from Back, Knees, Shoulders and Hips. Furthermore, I continue to expand my knowledge by listening to podcast and taking certifications that will help my clients move and feel better on a daily.
